Kenneth Todorov

Kenneth "Kenn" Todorov is a seasoned enterprise leader with over 20 years of executive experience, including serving as a General Officer in the Air Force. They held various leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, culminating as Sector Vice President and General Manager, while also directing global air and missile defense operations. Currently, they are the President of Go4ward, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in leadership, defense, and security. Kenn co-founded The Common Defense and serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. They are recognized for their servant leadership approach and ability to foster high-performance teams across complex organizations.
