William R. Hanlon

William R. Hanlon serves as the General Counsel at Goodwin Procter LLP, where they have been a partner since 1980. Previously, they held the positions of DC Office Chair and Co-Chair of the firm's Litigation Department. Hanlon is also a board member at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and hold a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, as well as a Bachelor's degree from The College of William and Mary.
