Michael Wallenstein is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in real estate litigation and transactional counseling. As a partner at WOLF WALLENSTEIN, PC since December 2017, Michael specializes in a range of real estate issues, including railroad real estate matters, title disputes, illegal encroachments, utility occupancy, and valuation. Prior to this role, Michael served as a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, focusing on real estate litigation, and led the litigation team at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP in Los Angeles.
