Michael Wallenstein is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in real estate litigation and transactional counseling. As a partner at WOLF WALLENSTEIN, PC since December 2017, Michael specializes in a range of real estate issues, including railroad real estate matters, title disputes, illegal encroachments, utility occupancy, and valuation. Prior to this role, Michael served as a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, focusing on real estate litigation, and led the litigation team at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP in Los Angeles. Michael has held various leadership positions within legal committees and has experience as a judicial extern with the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, as well as law clerk tenure at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Michael holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law School and advanced degrees in theatre from California Institute of the Arts and University of California, Santa Cruz.
