Badr Shilleh

Badr Shilleh has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Service Technician at Aiki Systems, providing sales and customer support for computer systems. In 2015, they joined Datto, Inc. as a Technical Support Expert II, where they trained and coached team members and collaborated with the development team to resolve technical issues. In 2017, they joined Bridgewater Associates as a Junior Product Integration Engineer, enhancing user experience and providing technical solutions. Badr then transitioned to the role of Service Desk Consultant, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. In 2019, they joined OdysseyRe as a Senior Information Technology Specialist, responsible for unified communication and collaboration. Badr later became a UCC Technician, improving technology adoption and integration. Prior to their current role, they worked at KKR as a Global End User Support - Level 2. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Technology at Wolfe Research, LLC.

Badr Shilleh earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Norwalk Community College from 2010 to 2014. Badr then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Post University from 2014 to 2015.
