Tobin Marcus is a seasoned professional in policy and political strategy, currently serving as the Head of US Policy and Politics at Wolfe Research, LLC. Marcus previously held the same position at Evercore ISI from 2021 to 2023 and has extensive experience as an Economic Policy Advisor to Vice President Biden during their tenure at The White House from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Marcus contributed as a Senior Policy Advisor in 2012 for Obama for America and spent eight years as Senior Vice President at Benenson Strategy Group. Marcus began their career as a Research Assistant at the Economic Policy Institute in 2008 and is currently pursuing a degree in Physics and Political Science at Brown University.
