James began their career as a Project Manager at Thermo Fluids Inc, where they held various roles, including collections clerk, staff accountant, and financial analyst. Following this, they worked as a Service Operations Manager at Universal Lubricants, LLC, where they were responsible for coordinating work between customers and drivers, managing payroll data, and reporting inventory.
