Ryan Munz

Ryan Munz has a strong background in DevOps engineering, with experience at multiple companies. Ryan started their career at GiftCards.com, where they worked as a DevOps Engineer supporting the production environment and managing a PCI Card Production compliant network. Ryan then moved to Blackhawk Network as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they handled the migration of Giftcards.com and Omnicard systems from Wolfe to Blackhawk's infrastructure. Ryan also performed a fork lift of Giftcards.com and Omnicard from Rackspace to Amazon Web Services. Most recently, Ryan worked at Wolfe as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they managed the Amazon Web Services infrastructure for GiftcardGranny, GiftYa, and PerfectGift. Ryan also played a key role in information security concerns during the shift to remote work due to COVID-19 and incident response.

Ryan Munz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Communication and Networking from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)².
