This team coordinates between various stakeholders, defines project scopes, manages timelines, and ensures that the final deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards. Key roles include a Project Manager to lead, a Graduation Project for internship and junior development tasks, a Business Consultant/Product Manager to align the product with market needs, and a Developer & Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and technical execution.
