Daniel Bigham is an experienced software developer and architect with a strong background in natural language understanding and business system implementation. Currently, at Wolfram since April 2017, Bigham is involved in re-implementing internal business systems using the Wolfram Language. Prior to this, Bigham worked at Maluuba from July 2016 to March 2017, contributing to natural language understanding frameworks before the company's acquisition by Microsoft. Bigham's previous tenure at Wolfram Research from September 2009 to July 2016 included work on the development of Wolfram Alpha. Bigham also pursued mobile app development independently between 2011 and 2013 and gained foundational skills at Navtech, where employment began in January 2004. Bigham holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2003.
