Daniel Lichtblau

Daniel Lichtblau possesses extensive experience in mathematical computation and algorithm development. Since September 1991, Daniel has been a part of the Kernel Technology group at Wolfram Research, Inc., focusing on the implementation of advanced mathematical algorithms. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a Teaching Assistant in the University of Illinois Math Department from August 1985 to May 1991, instructing various undergraduate math courses. Earlier experience includes work as a software programmer at Intermetrics from January 1981 to August 1985, where Daniel developed code for compilers and related software. Daniel earned a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds an A.B. in Physics from Harvard University.
