Jenn Lance

Jenn Lance has over 23 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and management roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Wolfram, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of HR and Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Supervisor at Wolfram. Before joining Wolfram, Jenn was the Director of Business Operations at Judah Christian School from 2018 to 2020. Jenn also spent a significant portion of their career at CIBM Bank, where they served as the AVP, Human Resources Administrator for 20 years.

Jenn Lance obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication, Public Relations, and Spanish from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
