Tianyi Evans Gu is currently a Research Affiliate at the Wolfram Institute and serves as the Host of the Wolfram Student Podcast, along with being a Wolfram Student Ambassador at Stanford University. With a strong background in research, Tianyi has contributed to identifying intervention methods for the opioid epidemic through statistical analysis. Previous roles include Managing Editor at The Phillipian, where a mobile app was developed, and Software Engineer at MassEnergize, focused on designing a community portal app. Additional experience includes teaching assistance in robotics for K-8 students and participation in various research programs related to machine learning and neural networks. Tianyi is pursuing education at the University of Pennsylvania and has achieved recognition in the Cum Laude Society while attending Phillips Academy.
