Anna Smith is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Epi Reactor Engineer at Wolfspeed since June 2022. Previously, Anna completed an Apple Die-Cast Alloy Design Capstone Project at Lehigh University, focusing on designing a die-cast aluminum alloy for iPhone and iMac enclosures, where prototype compositions were tested and presented to Apple's alloy design team. In a Process Engineering Co-op at Sanofi Pasteur, Anna contributed to the design of a vaccine manufacturing facility by redlining technical documents and developing training guides for engineers. Additionally, Anna participated as a Global Social Impact Research Fellow at Lehigh University, studying Ebola transmission dynamics in Sierra Leone, and served as a Student Mentor at the Lehigh Summer Engineering Institute, where leadership and presentation skills were further honed. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University and graduated from Granite Bay High School in 2018.
