Benjamin Godfrey has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for CIM/Automation at Wolfspeed since February 2008. His career at Wolfspeed has included roles as Sr. Manager of Product Engineering/NPI, Engineering Manager of Process Engineering, and Product Engineer. Prior to Wolfspeed, Benjamin worked as a Process Engineer at Packaging Corporation of America from June 2006 to February 2008, and completed internships at Sonoco and MeadWestvaco. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science and Engineering, both from North Carolina State University.
