Brian Frey is currently the Manager of R&D Process Development in Lithography and Etching at Wolfspeed. They lead a team of engineers and have a track record of managing development projects to meet key technology milestones. With six years of experience in plasma etch processes, particularly in 3D-NAND and SiC Power Devices, Brian has contributed significantly to next-generation MOSFET technologies. They hold a PhD in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with a strong background in electrodynamics, quantum physics, and semiconductor device physics. Previously, Brian has worked as a Researchers at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and as a Process Engineer at both Intel Corporation and Cree.
