Chad O'Neal has a strong background in process engineering and development. Chad most recently worked at Wolfspeed as a Principal Process Development Engineer and previously held roles as Sr. Process Engineering Manager and Process Engineering Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Chad was a Senior Staff Engineer and Senior Research Engineer at APEI. Chad also played a key role as a Founding Member at Arkansas Academy Material Science and Engineering.
