James T Lee

James T Lee is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in ultrapure water (UPW) technologies, with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Global Facilities Water Design Engineer at Wolfspeed since October 2023, previous roles include Global UPW & IWW Design Engineer at Texas Instruments, and significant experience in leadership positions at Samsung Semiconductor US and Intel Corporation. At Samsung, James led the UPW design for new sites and guided a team of engineers in troubleshooting and system expansions. James’s engineering expertise is further demonstrated through contributions to projects at REC Silicon and Intel, where responsibilities included system specification, process optimization, and cross-site technology transfers. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
