Jared Gackenbach is a Process Development Engineer at Wolfspeed since January 2023, specializing as a New Product and Technology Introduction Engineer responsible for transferring Dry Etch and CVD processes for next-generation MOSFET and Schottky technologies from North Carolina Fab to Mohawk Valley Fab. Previously, Jared completed three internship/co-op stints as an NPTI Etch Engineer Co-op at Wolfspeed from May 2020 to August 2022, where 48 weeks were dedicated to developing new dry and wet etch processes for advanced MOSFET technologies within the Power Device R&D department. Jared graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronic Engineering.
