Jason Stone has significant expertise in engineering management and process sustainment within the semiconductor industry. Since May 2015, Jason Stone has served as Manager of Sustaining Engineering in the Advanced Devices Epitaxy Department at Wolfspeed, overseeing a team focused on SiC epitaxy reactors. Before this role, Jason Stone worked as a Process Sustaining Engineer at Wolfspeed and earlier at Cree, where responsibilities included planning and operating multiple MOCVD reactors. Jason Stone also holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University. Additionally, since March 2025, Jason Stone has been a board member of the Raleigh Swimming Association.
