Jill Hildreth

Jill Hildreth serves as the Director of Manufacturing Quality Wafer Fabs at Wolfspeed since January 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of Manufacturing Quality. Prior to joining Wolfspeed, Jill Hildreth worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from October 2012 to January 2022, where roles included QA Manager, Epi Process Engineering Manager, Cleans Process Operations Manager, and Member of Technical Staff in Advanced Module Engineering, focusing on Epi Process Development and Manufacturing Engineering. Jill Hildreth began their career in the semiconductor industry with Freescale Semiconductor, acquired by NXP, from September 1997 to September 2012 as a Process Engineer specializing in Epitaxy, and worked at ASM as a Final Test Engineer from March 1996 to August 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Rochester, earned between 1991 and 1995.
