Katherine Miller

Katherine Miller is an experienced process engineer with a strong background in semiconductor fabrication and automotive electronics manufacturing. Currently serving as Process Engineer, Sustaining III - Metrology at Wolfspeed since January 2018, Katherine provides engineering support for photolithography and metrology processes, including managing quality metrics and process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at DENSO, where Katherine successfully launched A-rank products and oversaw SMD production optimization. With a robust academic foundation, Katherine holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA in International Business from the University of Tennessee and Tennessee Technological University, respectively.
