Ken McFerren

Ken McFerren is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in scheduling, systems, and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Scheduling Engineer at Wolfspeed since January 2022. Prior roles include System Engineer positions at Cree and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, as well as Process Engineer at Diamond Foundry. With a strong foundation in semiconductor manufacturing, Ken previously held various engineering and technician roles at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, focusing on equipment monitoring, workflow improvements, and statistical process control. Ken began a career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Mechanic, demonstrating leadership in training and advanced maintenance. Academically, Ken holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, alongside degrees in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology and Psychology.
