Matt Bausch is a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Customer Quality Engineer at Wolfspeed since May 2024, Matt previously held the position of Staff Customer Quality Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. from December 2021 to May 2024. Prior to this, Matt worked at GlobalFoundries for nearly seven years in various roles, including Customer Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer in Semiconductor Technology. Matt also gained valuable experience at IBM as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer in the semiconductor foundry and processor sector, and briefly worked as a Process Engineer at Johnson & Johnson. Matt Bausch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, obtained in 2011.
