Matthew Posey

Matthew Posey has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Matthew started their career as an Associate Attorney at Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP in 2005, where they advised clients on various corporate and securities transactions. Matthew then joined Affinity Law Group, LLC in 2010 as an Associate Attorney, where they provided legal solutions to entrepreneurs and closely held businesses. In 2013, they became the General Counsel at idX Corporation, where they served until 2018. During their time at idX Corporation, they provided legal counsel and guidance to the company. In 2018, they joined Cree as the Corporate Counsel, Lead Automotive Attorney and later transitioned to the position of Associate General Counsel - Lead Automotive at Wolfspeed, where they currently work.

Matthew Posey attended Auburn University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy. Matthew then pursued higher education at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 2003 to 2006, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
