Mike Chiu

Mike Chiu is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in leading engineering and product management teams across various industries. Currently at Wolfspeed since October 2021, Mike previously held positions as Senior Project Manager at X Display Company, Engineering Program Manager at Cree Lighting, and Technical Program Manager at Qualcomm. Significant accomplishments include the launch of 8 advanced lighting products with high performance metrics at Cree Lighting, and the establishment of a material tracking system that achieved over 95% accuracy at Qualcomm. Mike's earlier roles include Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer at AU Optronics, where cost optimization and quality enhancement were key focuses. An MBA graduate from The Johns Hopkins University, Mike also holds two Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University. Mike is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
