Morgan Willis

Morgan Willis is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Process Sustaining Engineer at Wolfspeed since September 2023. Previously, Morgan worked as a Production Systems Engineer at Sagent Pharmaceuticals, focusing on improving manufacturing equipment and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. At Liquid Rocketry Lab, Morgan held multiple roles, including Propulsion Principal Engineer and Propulsion Lead, overseeing a team of 25 in propulsion engineering and contributing to the design of propulsion systems for liquid-fueled rockets. Earlier experience includes research at Parson’s Lab NCSU, an internship at LORD Corporation where cost-saving methodologies were developed, and involvement in engineering recruitment efforts at North Carolina State University. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, with a concentration in nanoscience and a minor in material science and engineering.
