Murugesu Yoganathan, also known as Yoga, currently serves as a Sr. Staff Process Integration Engineer at Wolfspeed since June 2023. Prior to this role, Yoga was the Sr. Manager of Product Engineering at onsemi, focusing on SiC substrate product development. Experience also includes serving as Principal Substrate Engineer at NexGen Power Systems, where responsibilities encompassed GaN substrate specification development and metrology, and as Senior Crystal Growth Engineer at Crystal IS, specializing in AlN crystal growth processes. Earlier career roles include Senior Process Engineer at II-VI Incorporated and Process Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, both concentrating on PVT crystal growth. Yoga's career began as a Research Associate at Spire Corporation. Educational credentials include a PhD in Physics and a Master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
