Nathan D. Wheeler

Nathan D. Wheeler is an experienced Epi Product and Yield Manager at Wolfspeed, where progression from Epi Yield Engineering Manager to Epi Yield Engineering Lead has been achieved since October 2021. Prior to this, Nathan held various roles at Cree from October 2014 to October 2021, including Epi Yield Engineering Lead and Epi Process Engineering Team Lead, focusing on nitride epitaxy. Previous experience includes roles as a Process Engineer and Manufacturing Management Trainee at Sonoco from July 2012 to October 2014 and a QA Compliance, Auditing contractor at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics from March 2011 to June 2012. Nathan holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
