Neil Thomson

Neil Thomson is an accomplished sales operations executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as VP of Sales Operations at Wolfspeed since May 2022, Neil previously held the position of Head of Sales Operations at Cree from June 2020 to June 2022. Prior roles include AMR Sales Operations Manager and Business Planning Manager at Freescale Semiconductor from April 2005 to June 2022, where Neil managed a team supporting a $1.8 billion business. Neil has also served as Director of Business Operations at AMD and Senior Director of Sales Operations at NXP Semiconductors. Educated at the University of Strathclyde, Neil's career began at Motorola Semiconductor as Global Customer Supply Manager.
