Ray Distefano

Ray DiStefano is a seasoned professional in the electrical engineering and management sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Facilities Electrical Area at Wolfspeed since November 2023. Previously, Ray worked at Eaton from January 2014 to November 2023, holding various roles including Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Field Services Engineer/Customer Solution Engineer. Key responsibilities included managing profit and loss for the Electrical Power System Automation group across multiple states, overseeing a team of 12, and designing and installing Electrical Power Monitoring Systems in critical environments. Ray also obtained PMP Certification to enhance project management skills and successfully led large-scale projects for prominent clients such as AWS and Microsoft. Ray holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
