Robert Feurle

Robert Feurle is the Chief Executive Officer at Wolfspeed. Feurle is an experienced general manager with worldwide P&L responsibility and a track record of leading diverse marketing and product development teams across the globe. Prior roles included EVP & GM BU Opto Semiconductors at ams OSRAM (2022–2025) and Executive Vice President Image Sensor Division at ams AG (2020–2022). Earlier experiences included positions at Infineon Technologies (1999–2001: Director of Embedded DRAM Development; Senior Director of Specialty DRAM Product Line; VP & GM, Integrated Solutions and Discretes, Industrial Power), Micron Technology (2009–2015: Vice President of Marketing & Program Management, Compute and Networking Business), Qimonda (2005–2009: Senior Vice President and GM of DRAM Business Unit), and Siemens AG Semiconductor Group (1996–1999: Design Engineer).
