Russell Klein

Russell Klein currently serves as a Global Process Transfer and Integration Engineer at Wolfspeed, a position held since May 2021, and previously worked as a Process Development Engineer in the same company. Prior to this, Russell held the title of Senior Staff Process Engineer at Infineon Technologies from August 2014 to May 2021, focusing on enhancing fab stability, production throughput, manufacturing cost reduction, equipment performance optimization, and new product development in a semiconductor manufacturing setting. Russell's expertise includes Wet/Dry Etch and Clean Process Technologies, and earlier experience as a Maintenance Technician involved the maintenance and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, collaborative troubleshooting, and involvement in emergency response efforts. Russell holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego.
