Spencer Pierce

Spencer Pierce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as the Global Product & Yield Enhancement Engineering Manager at Wolfspeed since January 2015, where leadership focuses on improving yield and cost efficiency through vertical integration. Prior roles at Wolfspeed include Sr. Manager of Process Engineering, overseeing technology transfer and process teams at a new facility, and various engineering positions where Spencer contributed to the enhancement of SiC epitaxy processes and reactor operations. Earlier experience as an Environmental Consultant at Trinity Consultants involved collaboration with over 40 industrial clients, gaining insights into industrial processes and project execution. Spencer holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
