Sumit Suresh

Sumit Suresh, Ph.D., is an AI/ML Research Scientist specializing in materials science and semiconductors at Wolfspeed. With over seven years of experience in research and professional environments, including roles at Los Alamos National Laboratory and various Indian Institutes of Technology, Sumit has developed expertise in multi-scale materials modeling, programming, big data analytics, and machine learning. Sumit has contributed to several notable projects, including atomistic simulations and high-throughput density functional theory calculations, and has published research in prominent scientific journals.
