Todd Layer is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering and management across multiple companies, including Wolfspeed, Continental Automotive Systems, and Motorola. Since 2010, Todd has held the position of Director - Equipment and Maintenance Engineering at Wolfspeed, overseeing all aspects of equipment engineering and maintenance management for North Carolina device fabrication facilities. Prior roles include Engineering Manager, Thin Films Unit Process Team Lead, and IT Quality Manager. Todd's diverse expertise encompasses process engineering, project management, and team leadership, notably in the semiconductor and automotive industries. Todd holds a BS in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an AAS in Math/Science Pre-Engineering from Niagara County Community College.
