Tushara Pasupuleti

Tushara Pasupuleti is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor and materials engineering. Currently serving as the Crystal Growth Engineering Manager at Wolfspeed since August 2023, Pasupuleti previously held roles including Process Development Manager at Biomason and Product Owner/Engineering Manager at Cree. Earlier experience includes positions as a Semiconductor Process Engineer at ON Semiconductor and Process Engineer at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Tushara began their career as a Research Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology. Academic achievements include an Executive Education in Financial Analysis and Leading Business Strategy through Operational Excellence from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, alongside a Master of Science in Microelectronics Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science.
