Constance Chang

Constance (Ya Chu) Chang is a Program Manager in Global Merchant Operations at Wolt, having commenced this role in 2025. Previously, Constance served as a Senior Community Operations Manager at Uber, where they successfully launched Uber Eats in Taiwan and optimized support processes. Constance holds an MBA from Trinity Business School, along with bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, and Social Work from National Taipei University. Their earlier experience includes roles in overseas sales and product project management in the technology and electronics sectors.
