Prior to this, Julia was the DEI Lead at Wolt, where responsibilities included shaping the DEI strategy for the food delivery provider. Julia's experience at The Walt Disney Company as Director of DEI People & Culture involved enhancing engagement for over 200,000 employees. Previous roles include Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Schindler Elevator Corporation and Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where Julia established and implemented regional strategies impacting thousands of employees. Julia's career began at Accenture and has included significant experiences in mentoring, project management, and community engagement, with a solid educational foundation in international studies and an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology.
