Katja Rantala currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management at Wolt and has previously held significant roles in various organizations, including Director of People & Culture at Utopia Music and Global Senior HR Business Partner at Unity Technologies. In addition, Katja Rantala was the Head of People and Culture at HiQ Finland and served as HR Manager at Ovenia. Educational credentials include a YTT in Social Politics from the University of Tampere and a Johtamisen erikoisammattitutkinto (JET) from Rastor.
