Mirna Zebec has extensive experience in customer support, currently serving as Support Team Lead at Wolt since October 2020, where previous roles included Support Specialist Trainer and Customer Support Associate. Prior to this, Mirna worked as a Sales Assistant at CineStar from November 2018 to October 2020. Mirna holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both obtained from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Croatian Studies, with undergraduate studies completed between 2015 and 2019.
