Nitzan Markus has gained project management experience in the Israeli Air Force from December 2016 to July 2021. Subsequently, Nitzan held several roles at Wolt, including Team Lead and Support Associate, where responsibilities included providing customer support in a high-volume environment and ensuring service quality as Performance & Professional Lead. Nitzan is currently pursuing a BA in Psychology at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, expected to graduate in 2024.
