Peter Haugaard

Peter Haugaard is an experienced professional currently serving as the Expansion Manager at Wolt since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading the launch of over 40 cities in Denmark and overseeing the project from initial analysis through execution and post-launch maintenance. Prior to this role, Peter was the Head of Support at Wolt, successfully scaling the support team from 50 to over 200 members while enhancing customer service. Previous experience includes positions at GN Hearing A/S, where Peter held roles such as Head of Global Customer Care and Global Product Support Manager, and at A.P. Moller - Maersk and SAS, where Peter gained foundational skills in finance and customer service. Peter Haugaard holds an MSc and BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, along with an AP degree in Financial Management from Niels Brock.
