Therese Arntsen is the Head of Grocery at Wolt, overseeing retail online initiatives. Previously, they served as the Head of Supply Chain eCom & Digital at Orkla Health from 2021 to 2024 and held various roles within Orkla, including Head of Supply Chain Analysis & Excellence and Senior Project Manager for Operational Excellence. Before joining Orkla, Therese spent five years at EY, focusing on performance improvement in supply chain and operations. They hold an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and completed a Mini-MBA in Digital Supply Chain Management at Rutgers University.
