Michaela Crisp has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Michaela started their career as an Analyst at RBS in 2011 and later transitioned into a role as a Medical Secretary at Millimetreperfect Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery. In 2012, they worked as an Intern/Work Experience at Credit Suisse and then returned to RBS as a Business Analyst, where they gained an understanding of collateral processes and designed future state processes to improve customer experience.

In 2015, Michaela joined Accenture as a Management Consultant - Capital Markets, where they served as a project manager and lead business analyst on large-scale change programs for top-tier investment banks. Michaela was responsible for reporting to C-suite level stakeholders and successfully delivering projects across multiple business streams. Michaela worked at Accenture until February 2018.

Michaela then joined Wombat in November 2017 as an Operations Manager and later progressed to the role of Head of Growth in January 2020. At Wombat, they played a key role in driving growth and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Michaela continued their professional journey in 2020, joining London & Partners as part of the Growth Programme Cohort. In this role, Michaela contributed to the growth and development of the organization until April 2021.

Michaela Crisp attended King Edward VI Grammar School from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their A Levels in Mathematics, Economics, Philosophy, General Studies, Physics, and Further Mathematics. Michaela then went on to study at The University of Sheffield from 2009 to 2012, obtaining a BSc degree in Economics.
