Our alliance is dedicated to empowering women in tech through a variety of impactful activities.

It is an umbrella organization that will unite all women in tech organisations in the EU region so we can become more powerful to reach our goal. 

 * We provide mentorship programs, connecting experienced professionals and organizations with emerging talent and non profit women organisations --> creating a supportive network for skill development and career advancement. 
 * The organization hosts regular seminars, workshops, and conferences, featuring influential speakers and thought leaders -- > to inspire and educate our members. 
 * We actively collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships, scholarships, and job placements --> ensuring a more inclusive tech landscape. 

Additionally, we are passionate about:
 - community outreach
 - promoting STEM education among young girls
 - engaging in advocacy to address gender disparities in the tech sector.
