Joanne John is a strategic leader with extensive experience in partner change management, currently serving as the EMEA & LATAM Regional Lead at Salesforce. Joanne has previously held the role of Global Director of Partner Success, leading a taskforce to enhance customer and partner outcomes across multiple regions. In addition to founding the Manager Toolkit in 2023, which supports high-achieving women in tech, Joanne is actively involved with the Partnership Leaders and WomenTech Network initiatives. Joanne holds a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership from University College Dublin.
