Brian Ray

Brian Ray has a diverse culinary background with extensive experience in food and beverage operations. From January 2022 to January 2024, Brian served as Executive Chef on the Growth Team/Product Innovation at Wonder, focusing on research and development as well as recipe testing. Prior to this role, Brian held positions ranging from Executive Chef IV specializing in Mexican and Japanese cuisines to Executive Chef II involved in project management. Brian's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as Executive Chef at Buddakan NYC from January 2007 to January 2022, alongside contributions to multiple opening teams, including Pastis NYC, El Vez New York City, and Hybird, LLC. Brian holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a high school diploma from Upper Merion High School.
