Jonathan Santos

Jonathan Santos is an experienced hospitality leader and coffee entrepreneur with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. They began their career in specialty coffee, collaborating with over 40 coffee farms globally and gaining practical experience in roasting. As the co-founder of Tiny Arms Coffee, they focused on sourcing organic coffee and received recognition for quality and design, including being named one of the Best Cafés in Massachusetts. Currently, Jonathan serves as an Operations Leader at Wonder, where they oversee restaurant operations and team development while managing key performance metrics. They have previously held roles such as Assistant General Manager at Tatte Bakery & Café and Operations Manager at Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters.
