Ryan Schraier is an accomplished real estate development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Real Estate Development Manager at Wonder since May 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Director of Real Estate Operations at Higher Ground Education from June 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President Property Management and Property Manager at Newport Capital Partners from August 2017 to June 2022, as well as Leasing Manager at Novel Coworking for a brief period in 2017.
