Steve Vincent serves as the Head of Operations Excellence at Wonder since May 2025. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at Red Robin from November 2017 to May 2025, including Sr. Director of Strategic Operations Initiatives and Director of Operational Excellence. Prior experience includes positions at ACTIVE Network from May 2012 to May 2015 as Sr. Manager of Professional Services Consulting, and at Resort Technology Partners from September 2006 to April 2012, culminating as Implementation Manager Lead. Early career roles were at Sun Valley Resort from August 2004 to September 2006. Steve holds a BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an AOS in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland.
